Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Branova Reach.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually). You can cancel anytime from Billing; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
2. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will review your request for a refund of that billing period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
3. Message charges
Charges for WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and email messages are billed by those providers directly to your own accounts, not by Branova, so we cannot refund them. Contact the provider for any dispute about message fees.
4. Non-refundable
Partial-month usage after the 7-day window, and add-on/one-time fees, are generally non-refundable.
