Acceptable Use Policy

Messaging only works when people want the messages. To keep Branova Reach safe for everyone, you agree not to:

Prohibited activities

• Message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or buy, rent or scrape contact lists.
• Keep messaging a contact after they reply STOP, unsubscribe or otherwise ask you to stop.
• Send spam, phishing, fraud, misleading offers, or messages that impersonate another person or business.
• Send SMS in India without DLT registration of your business, sender ID and templates, or send content outside your registered templates.
• Break Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies, or the terms of your email, SMS or RCS provider.
• Send content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes regulated goods without the required licences.
• Upload or collect sensitive data (e.g. full card numbers, passwords, government IDs, health records) without a lawful basis and adequate safeguards.
• Use the AI writer to produce deceptive or harmful content.
• Attempt to breach security, access other businesses' data, or disrupt the service.

Enforcement

Providers may block or suspend your sender accounts for abuse, independent of us. We may also suspend or terminate Reach accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to reach@branova.in.
